The goal was to present autonomous driving systems, intelligent mobility, digital infrastructures, and cybersecurity topics.<\/span><\/p>\n                    <p><span style=\"color: rgb(4, 0, 55);\">The MASA event was characterized by 3 main sessions:<\/span><\/p>\n                    <p><span style=\"color: rgb(4, 0, 55);\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&#8211; introductions &amp; greetings;<\/span><\/p>\n                    <p><span style=\"color: rgb(4, 0, 55);\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;-&#8220;connectivity and smart mobility&#8221; dedicated to the applied technologies for &nbsp; &nbsp;autonomous driving;<\/span><\/p>\n                    <p><span style=\"color: rgb(4, 0, 55);\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;-&#8220;sustainable urban mobility&#8221;, dedicated to the effects of new technologies on future mobility.<\/span><\/p>\n                    <p><span style=\"color: rgb(4, 0, 55);\">The MASA is an urban area within the city of Modena endowed with the infrastructures necessary for the experimentation of vehicles equipped for autonomous driving. In the area you can find the following tested technologies:<\/span><\/p>\n                    <p><span style=\"color: rgb(4, 0, 55);\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;-Interconnected traffic lights;<\/span><\/p>\n                    <p><span style=\"color: rgb(4, 0, 55);\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;-digital signposting;<\/span><\/p>\n                    <p><span style=\"color: rgb(4, 0, 55);\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;-cameras for the recognition of obstacles;<\/span><\/p>\n                    <p><span style=\"color: rgb(4, 0, 55);\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;-sensors;<\/span><\/p>\n                    <p><span style=\"color: rgb(4, 0, 55);\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;-smart monitoring.<\/span><\/p>\n                    <p><span style=\"color: rgb(4, 0, 55);\">Thanks to the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, as ICOOR we have several connections with the Modena Automotive Smart Area.
